Franklin Milton

Franklin Eugene Milton (born 19 August 1907 in Carthage Missouri, USA; † 16 October 1985 in Agoura Hills, California ) was an American sound engineer.

Life

Milton won the Oscar for his work three times and was nominated three more times. Two, the Grand Prix (1966) and for the wild west was (1962 ), were later stolen and replaced by the Academy, but stolen again after some time.

He was married to Ethel Marion Erickson (November 29, 1939 to October 16, 1985 ). From this marriage produced three children. His son Gary E. Milton has worked as a cameraman. He is also the great-grandfather of actor Steele Savokinas.
