Frannach is a municipality with 560 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013 ) in the south- east of Styria in the judicial district or county Southeastern Styria ( Austria ). On January 1, 2015, is joined in the Styrian municipality structural reform with the communities Edelstauden and Pirching am Traubenberg, the new community will continue the name Pirching am Traubenberg.

Geographical Location
Frannach is located about 23 km south-east of Graz and about 19 km west of the district capital field creek in East Styrian Hill Country.
