Frans Bak
Frans Bak ( born February 7, 1958 in Denmark ) is a Danish composer, saxophonist and pianist.
Biography
Frans Bak studied at the renowned Danish Academy of Music Det Royal Danish Conservatory of Music, where he graduated in 1980. He then played for several bands, including Dagspressen, Santa Cruz, Blast and Buzstop, Keyboard. At the same time he began composing for smaller television and theater productions. From the 1990s he had with Det Blå Skrig and Jazzgruppe90 two groups own music and played among other things, as a show band for Tommy Kenter, Per Pallesen and Søren Pilmark. Since his debut as a film composer, he is internationally above all for his music to the television series The Killing - The crime of the Northern Lights - killer without remorse and The Killing known.
