Franz Ludwig Güssefeld

Franz Ludwig Güssefeld (* December 6, 1744 in Osterburg, † June 17, 1808 in Weimar) was a Prussian cartographer.

Life

He was already in his early youth drawing skills and interest in maps and geography. So he came to the Planning Director cock to Königsberg in Prussia. This and J. J. Family

His father Franz Joachim Güssefeld (1702-1757) was a notary in and senator in Seehausen, later ( 1731) he was still mayor. His mother was Catharina Sophie Albrecht (1703-1775), the daughter of the councilors Christoph Albrecht. He was married in 1780 to Johanna Christiana Brunquel ( 1744-1807 ). She was divorced and brought four children into the marriage. The couple had no other children.
