Fraomar

Fraomar (Latin Fraomarius ) was briefly 370-371 Alamannic Gaukönig the Bucinobanten.

In the year 370 an attempt by the Roman Emperor Valentinian I failed to capture the King of Bucinobanten Makrian with the help of the Burgundians. In his place Fraomar was used as a king, but he could at the Bucinobanten not prevail, so that the Romans eventually had to the former king Makrian grant a treaty of alliance in the year 371.
