Frauke Eigen
Frauke Eigen ( born September 18, 1969 in Aurich ) is a German photographer and artist.
Life
Frauke Eigen was born in Aurich 1969. After graduating from high school at the Theo - Koch-Schule Grünberg ( Hesse ) in 1988, she studied photography at Bournemouth & Poole College of Art & Design and received the degrees of "Higher National Diploma " and "Advanced Level in Media and Production", England. From 1993 to 1996, she earned a degree in Fine Art at the Royal College of Art in London, where she earned the degree of " Master of Art". After that, she was a teacher at Queen's Gate School, London, and a visiting lecturer at various colleges. Since 1997 she is represented by Eric Franck Fine Art and a freelance artistic activities in Berlin, where she still lives.
Works
Besides the many trips she has made in Germany, traveled Frauke Eigen in crisis regions such as the former Yugoslavia and Afghanistan and most recently to Mexico.
