Fred Tackett

Fred Tackett (* August 4, 1945 in Little Rock, Arkansas) is an American rock guitarist, known primarily for his work as a studio musician for various artists since the 1960s. In 1988, he joined the rock band Little Feat and 2001, he recorded with Paul Barrere the purely acoustic concert album Live from North Cafe on. In addition to the guitar Tackett also plays mandolin, trumpet, cello and keyboard.
