Frederic Forrest

Frederic Forrest ( born December 23, 1936 in Waxahachie, Texas) is an American actor who has appeared in over 80 film and television series.

Life and career

Frederic Forrest began his acting career in theater in New York end of the 1960s. His first film role he played in The Filthy Five, a low-budget production. As a result, he was a very busy actor, mostly in supporting roles. Popular movies are Apocalypse Now or The Rose. For his role in The Rose, he was nominated as Best Supporting Actor for both an Academy Award and Golden Globe. The title character, Dashiell Hammett, he played in 1982, directed by Wim Wenders in Hammett.
