Frederick Anton, Prince of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt
Friedrich Anton of Schwarzburg- Rudolstadt ( born August 14, 1692 in Rudolstadt, † September 1, 1744 ibid ) was from 1718 to 1744 Ruling Prince of Schwarzburg- Rudolstadt Schwarzburg out of the house.
Life
Friedrich Anton of Schwarzburg- Rudolstadt was the eldest son of Prince Ludwig Friedrich I of Schwarzburg- Rudolstadt and his wife Anna Sophie, nee Princess of Saxe -Gotha -Altenburg. He, along with nine sisters, three brothers, but was introduced by the 1713 in the Schwarzburg principalities primogeniture in Rudolstadt in 1718 alone reigning Lord. Friedrich Anton took office barely noticed. Chancellor George Ulrich of Beulwitz was solely responsible. This fact was well known among the people. The sovereign commented critically on the power of his high officials. Even the prince took the view that there had been in the past shortcomings in the treatment of subjects. 1727 ordered Friedrich Anton two Jewish families in Immenrode in the sub- rule of the principality of a letter of protection. Until 1737 could here another nine families settle, which developed the city to the largest Jewish community in the Principality in the 18th and 19th centuries. 1732 came in Rudolstadt in 2000 Salzburg exiles who received with ringing bells, and were catered for houses. Prince Friedrich Anton married on February 8, 1720 in Saalfeld Princess Sophie Wilhelmine of Saxe- Coburg -Saalfeld ( 1693-1727 ). From this marriage three children come from the following:

His second wife was Friedrich Anton since January 6, 1729 with Princess Christina Sophia of Ostfriesland ( 1688-1750 ), daughter of Prince Christian Eberhard von Ostfriesland, married. This marriage remained childless.
