Frederick Polydore Nodder

Frederick Polydore Nodder (ca. 1770 - 1800 ) was an English plant and animal illustrator, who drafted important works on the early natural history of Australia.

He illustrated George Shaw's periodical The Naturalist 's Miscellany and worked with Joseph Banks Banks ' Florilegium which he adapted the most Australian of Sydney Parkinson's drawings in plants prints. Also known Nodders drawings and prints by Australian birds and butterflies for the scientific department of the Irish National Museum.
