Frederik Storm

Frederik Storm (born 20 February 1989) is a Danish professional ice hockey player who stands since 2012 at the Malmö Redhawks in the HockeyAllsvenskan under contract.

Career

Frederik Storm began his career as a hockey player in the junior section of the IC Gentofte, for the seniors team he made his debut, was in the 2004/05 season in the second Danish league, the 1st Division. Subsequently, the winger moved to the Herlev Hornets, for their first team he played in the AL-Bank Ligaen 2005-2009. For the season 2009/10 he moved within the league to SønderjyskE Ishockey, with whom he won the Danish championship and the national cup competition right away. The following season he again won the Danish Cup competition with the team.

For the season 2011/12 Storm returned to the Herlev Eagles. There he was able to convince scorer with 48 points in 44 games. He was then obliged by the Malmö Redhawks of the HockeyAllsvenskan, the Swedish second division.

Internationally

For Denmark Storm participated in the junior level at the U18 Junior B World Cup 2007 and the U20 Junior B World Cup 2009. In the senior level, he stood at the World Championships in 2011 and 2012 in the squad of his country.
