Fredrikstad FK
The Fredrikstad FK ( FFK, Fredrikstad Fotballklubb ) is a football club based in Fredrikstad, Norway. The club was founded on April 7, 1903. Abode is the Fredrikstad Stadium with a capacity of about 12,560 seats.

History
1984 FFK had to descend from the top flight and spent almost the next 20 years in the two lower leagues. 2002 managed to rise from the 3rd to the 2nd division, and the same in the following season to return to the Tippeligaen, the Norwegian top league. The 2006 season was crowned by a 3-0 final win against Sandefjord Fotball with the first Cup win for over 20 years. In the Tippeligaen 2008, the Norwegian club was runner-up behind Stabæk IF. After the 14th place in the 2009 season and lost the relegation match against the neighbors from Fredrikstad Sarpsborg had to leave the top flight again. 2010 celebrated the club straight back rise, in the relegation round sat down against Hønefoss BK by. 2012 is, however, rose from again.
