Freimut Stein

Frankness Frederick Burkart Stone ( born June 16, 1924 in Nuremberg, † September 15, 1986 in Munich) was a German figure skater and roller skaters.

Life and work

Frankness stone was German figure skating champion in a single run of the Lords of 1952 until 1954. He represented the 1st FC Nuremberg, section rolling and ice. From 1951 to 1953 he took part in the European Championships. After the fifth and sixth place in Dortmund in 1953, it was enough to finally winning the bronze medal behind Alain Giletti and Carlo Fassi. Stone also played two World Cups. 1951 and 1953, he came tenth. The 1952 Olympic Games in Oslo, he finished eighth.

In Rollkunstlauf was frankness stone 1950-1954 German champion in the men's and 1951-1954 World Champion and European Champion. In 1954, he received the Silver Laurel Leaf and ended after winning the European Championships in artistic roller skating his sports careers, but later was another 10 years of figure skating judges.

Psychology

After 1954, he completed his degree in psychology and a doctorate at the University of Würzburg in Wilhelm Karl Arnold. He opened a psychological practice with a focus on marriage and life counseling in Nuremberg and later in Munich. Frankness stone was also co-founder of Self-help in Nuremberg, where he established an institute and a school on the learning disabled. Later he worked as a psychologist in the public service in Munich. Part-time, he has lectured for various professional groups to psychological issues.
