FremantleMedia is a subsidiary of belonging to Bertelsmann, RTL Group, mainly in the content production of the Group is bundled.

2000 bought CLT-UFA the competition group Pearson PLC their content company Pearson Television from and subsequently named in RTL Group, based in Luxembourg to.
