Freud (crater)

Freud is a very small impact craters on a plateau in Oceanus Procellarum in the northwestern part of the lunar front side. It lies a few kilometers west of the Vallis schroeteri. This large, winding valley starts just north of the crater Herodotus and winds its way from there to the north, then to the north- west and finally south-west direction until it reaches the shore of Moon Ocean.
