Frilandsmuseet

The open air museum of the Danish National Museum ( Dän: Frilandsmuseet ) is an open air museum in Denmark.

The museum is located in Kongens Lyngby in the municipality of Lyngby - Taarbæk north of Copenhagen and is one of the five locations of the Danish National Museum.

It alone has 45 farms, as well as other houses and mills from Denmark, Scania, Southern Schleswig and the Faeroe Islands. Most are from the 17th and 18th centuries. These farms are managed as faithfully as possible.
