Frito-Lay

Frito -Lay is a U.S. company. It was created in 1961 by a merger of "The Frito Company" and "HW Lay & Company ". These are two companies that were founded in 1932 in parallel. First utilized, which was founded in Texas Frito Company on corn chips, while the founder Herman Lay sat on potato chips.
