Frontone

Fronton is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1357 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the province of Pesaro and Urbino in the Marche region. The municipality is situated approximately 46.5 kilometers south-southwest of Pesaro and about 24.5 km south-southeast of Urbino, belongs to the Comunità montana del Catria e Cesano and directly borders the province of Perugia (Umbria ).

Passing through the municipality, the former State Road 424 della Val Cesano (now a provincial road ) from Marotta to Cagli.
