Fructus Tower

The Fructus Tower is a begriffener in its development office and residential complex in the western Romanian city of Timisoara. The building will be the tallest building in the city after its opening in 2010 with 14 floors and 62 meters.

Description

The building is located at the southeastern part of the zona Circumvalaţiunii in Mehala district and borders the west, separated by a railway line, to the Colegiul Tehnic Ion Mincu and the Botanical Garden at. It is located at the intersection Strada Gheorghe Lazar and Strada Pictor Ion Zaicu, on the site of the former Hale Fructus ( German Fructus halls ).

The ground floor is designed as a business area and the floors above 1-5 include open-plan offices. On floors 6-14 are apartments with the size of 38 - 110 sqm, with one to four bedrooms. The building is still there a basement and offers two levels of parking at 104.

Developers is the Italian company Cavanaro. Construction costs were 25 million euros.
