Fu Chengyu ( chinese傅成玉, Fu Chengyu Pinyin; * 1951) is a Chinese manager.
Fu Chengyu studied engineering at the Northeast Petroleum Institute, Daqing and then at the University of Southern California. After his studies he worked from 1982 for many years for the Chinese company China National Offshore Oil ( CNOOC ), whose CEO he was. On 8 April 2012, the Chinese Communist Party ( CCP) said that Fu Chengyu, who is also party secretary CNOOC was up to then, was determined by the CCP personnel department to Party Secretary and Chairman at Sinopec. Fu Chengyu is since April 2011 as the successor to Su Shulin Chairman of the Chinese company Sinopec.
