Fuego (producer)

Fuego (* 1985) is a German record producer and songwriter who lives in Berlin and Los Angeles.

Fuego started his career with the album Aggro announcement No. 4, which was one of the few German hip -hop albums awarded with the Golden Record. The album was a financial success in Germany. Then Fuego produced for some of the great German hip -hop artists such as Sido, B -Tight, Aggro Berlin. He also composed music for German and American advertising from companies like Ford, BMW, Audi, BET or Capri Sun.

Fuegos major breakthrough in the U.S. came in 2009 with the publication of the number - one hits Whatcha Say, which he produced together with JR Rotem for the American singer Jason Derulo. Whatcha Say has been played over 41 million times on MySpace and downloaded via iTunes 2 million times. So Whatcha Say is in the U.S. one of the biggest hits of the year 2009. Moreover, the song reached # 3 on the UK charts.
