Fuet

Fuet ( cat. for, whip ') is a native of Catalonia thin, air-dried hard or permanent sausage, which is related to the salami and is aged in a natural casing.

Fuet is made ​​of pork, seasoned with black pepper, among others, and air-dried for up to four weeks. Typical of this sausage is their comparatively soft consistency, and their sweet taste.
