Full-time equivalent

An RTD (English: "Full time equivalent " ) is a figure that comes in personnel management for the application. As German terms are full-time equivalent ( FTE ), full employment unit ( VBE) (especially in the GDR ), full-time worker, full-time employee, full- force, but also man-day (s) or gender-neutral person day (s ) or staff capacity ( s) ( MAK) in use.
