Fumel

Fumel is a French town with 5154 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Lot- et- Garonne in the Aquitaine region. The city is located in the arrondissement of Villeneuve -sur -Lot, is the capital (French: chef- lieu) of the Canton of Fumel. The Lot, a French river of the Massif Central, crosses Fumel, and flows into the River Garonne.
