Fun Radio (France)

Fun Radio (also: FUN RADIO ) is a private radio station in France. The program is broadcast from Paris (Paris 8ème ) and specializes in current chart music.

History

Fun Radio was founded on October 2, 1985 in the South of France by Jean -Baptiste Kerry, Eric Pechadre and Pierre Lattes. They closed their six local stations of Radio Nouvelle Jeunesse in Nancy, Grenoble, Montpellier, Bordeaux, Carcassonne and Toulouse and Chic FM composed of Nice. This spin-off had been prepared in secret. On the night of 1 to October 2, 1985 leaflets were distributed to announce the birth of this new radio station. One of the first DJs included Didier Sinclair ( who was active until 1991 ), Jean -Luc Reichmann and Julien Courbet.

The channel can be received in France on VHF, throughout Europe via Astra 19.2 ° East and the world as a live stream on the Internet.
