Furnya Forest Park

The Furnya Forest Park ( spelling variant: Furuyar Forest Park ) is a forest in the West African nation of Gambia.

Topography

The 405 -acre wooded area located in the West Coast region in the district of Kombo Central and became like the other Forest Park in The Gambia on January 1, 1954 set up. It is located south of the South Bank Road, The Gambia 's main highway, about four kilometers from the city center of Brikama. The approximately 2.7 wide and 2.9 km long area comes close in the west to the settlement areas of Brikama. In the east, the area is bounded by the highway that leads south as Senegal N5 to Bignona.
