To the south of the urban area runs the M3 motorway. The railway line Budapest - Miskolc offers in Füzesabony connection to the baroque city of Eger. The route to Debrecen branches off here. The (too) large railway station dates from 1893, and was designed by Ferenc Pfaff, the same architect who had previously also built the railway station Rijeka ( Fiume ). There is a tradition that reversed station plans were the cause of the Füzesabonyer station. This is based on facts but apparently not.
