North of the castle was a cemetery with 29 graves. Most were long arranged around a ca 40 m, built of wood plant, maybe a boardwalk or platform. It ran parallel to the east-west axis of the castle and was certainly part of a comprehensive planning. On the basis of grave goods a grave men and three women's graves could be identified. Nine others are so small that there were probably children's graves. Two women were buried in car bodies. One of the women wore silver - and gold -embroidered textiles and had many grave goods, including imports, show the contacts to the east. The coins are Danish- Nordic- Baltic as in Trelleborg.
