Gabby Young and Other Animals

Gabby Young ( born 1984 in Bath ) is a British singer-songwriter, guitarist and bandleader.

Gabby Young was twelve years old the youngest member ever of the British National Youth Opera. As a child she had learned piano, violin and saxophone. In 2006, she presented a first album before (moles ). Since 2007, she works with her band Other Animals, an eight -member band, the Gypsy, folk, rock and jazz unites and connects with a cabaret style. The band members Stephen Ellis, Adam Lucas, Charlie Wren, Phil Donnelly, Rory Shaw, Marek Slowik and Yusuf Narcin play many instruments such as trumpet, trombone, banjo, piano and clarinet. Their debut album, We're All In This Together was first released in 2010 on the band's own label Gift of the Gab Records. Download successes and performances about on the Glastonbury Festival in the summer of 2010 brought a record contract with the label World Connection and a new edition of the album.
