Gabi Rockmeier

Gabriele rock Meier ( born November 29, 1973 in Moosburg an der Isar ) is a German track and field athlete and Olympian. Like her twin sister Birgit is Gabi Meier rock a sprinter, but has specialized in contrast to Birgit on the short sprint distances ( 60, 100 and 200 meters). At the Olympic Games in Sydney in 2000 she won the 4 x 100 - meter relay team to sixth place. Her biggest success is the gold medal in the 4 x 100 - meter sprint at the 2001 World Championships in 42.32 s. Along with Melanie Paschke, Birgit Meier rock and Marion Wagner The German squadron had initially finished second behind the United States squadron.
