Gabicce Mare

Gabicce Mare is an Italian seaside resort with 5829 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) on the Adriatic Riviera in the Province of Pesaro and Urbino in the Marche region. Several of its beaches are regularly awarded with a blue flag. Gabicce Mare is located about 120 km from Bologna, 90 km northwest of Ancona and about 20 km south of Rimini. The river separates Tavollo Gabicce Mare by its neighbor Cattolica while marking the border with the neighboring region of Emilia -Romagna. At an altitude of about 150 meters is located in the foothills Gabicce Monte.

History
