Gabriel Dias
Gabriel Dias (born 11 July 1990) is a Brazilian racing driver.
Career
Like most racers began slides his career in karting, where he was active from 1998 to 2007. In 2008 he made his first experiences in Formula racing and drove in both the Western European Formula Renault, where he finished 13th overall, and in the Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup, where he was 24. 2009 saw the Brazilians in the British Formula 3 Championship, in which he in the national class for the T-Sport team started this season. He chose eight races this class of their own and finished the season in second place this rating. 2010 changed slides to Hitech Racing and competed in the regular championship. In the second race of the second race weekend at Silverstone he came behind Alexander Sims in second place to the finish. Since Sims, however, was begun as a guest driver, Dias was deemed the winner. At the end of the season, he finished with three wins in sixth place overall.
