Gabriel Koyambounou

Gabriel Jean Edouard Koyambounou ( * 1947 ) is a former politician of the Central African Republic.

Life

During the presidency of Ange-Félix Patassé, he became Prime Minister on 12 April 1995 and held this office for fourteen months until 11 June 1996.

Him of misuse of public funds was accused on 6 December 2004. Later, he was second vice president of the Mouvement de libération founded by Patassé du peuple centrafricain ( MLPC ) and took over in January 2006 as 1st Vice-President, the leadership of the MLPC, after the chairman Luc Apollinaire Dondon Konamabaye was relieved of his duties.

In 2006 he was appointed by President François Bozizé to the Inspector General Office of the President.
