Gabrielle Anwar

Gabrielle Anwar ( born February 4, 1970 in Laleham, Middlesex ) is a British actress and film producer.

Life and career

The daughter of the English actress Shirley Hills and the Indian -born Tariq Anwar Cutters studied dance and drama in London. First, she appeared in television series by the BBC in 1988, she made her film debut in Manifesto. She became famous from 1992 with her role in Scent of a Woman, in which she plays a distinctive dance scene with Al Pacino. From 2007 to 2013, Anwar had a starring role in the television series Burn Notice on the side of Jeffrey Donovan.

Anwar with the castmates Craig Sheffer one daughter ( * 1993). With the castmates John Verea - with whom she was married - she has a daughter and a son.
