Gaby Hoffmann

Gabriella Mary Hoffmann ( Gaby Hoffmann, born January 8, 1982 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania ) is an American actress.

Private life

Gaby Hoffmann is the daughter of actress and former Warhol superstar Susan Hoffman aka Viva. Her older half-sister Alexandra Auder, from the marriage of her mother with the French filmmaker Michel Auder is also an actress. She grew up in New York City, where she lived at the Chelsea Hotel. Later, her family moved to Woodland Hills in Los Angeles.

Career

Hoffmann joined at the age of four years for the first time in commercials before the camera. Since her film debut in 1989 in Field of Dreams, she turned a decade regularly films for cinema and television. Your movie Annabelle's greatest wish, 1995, was remade in 2003 as the Disney film Freaky Friday with Jamie Lee Curtis as the mother and Lindsay Lohan in the role of the daughter. Gaby Hoffmann was one of the busiest child stars of her time.

Since 2001, she was up on a guest role in the series Criminal Intent, not particularly active. 2007, however, she played a role in the feature film Severed Ways again. In a documentary directed by Abel Ferrara about the New York Chelsea hotel, built in 2008, it can also be seen.
