Gaily, Gaily ( Alternative title: Feel the Heat in Chicago) is an American comedy film from 1969, directed by Norman Jewison, the screenplay was written by Abram S. Ginnes based on a novel by Ben Hecht. .
Action
Ben Harvey leaves his home in 1910 and moved to Chicago. His cash where it is stolen. Harvey learns Lil, the owner of a brothel, know who introduces him to the members of the upper social circles. He becomes a successful journalist.

Movie service wrote that the film was " rich in time - and local color, but little subtle and often plate satire on profiteering, moral hypocrisy and American climber mentality " one.
