Gainan Saidkhuzhin

Gainan Saidchushin, Eng. Transcription Gaynan Saydhuzhin, (* June 30, 1937 in Chelyabinsk, Soviet Union) is a former Soviet cyclist.

Sports career

After the first big success as a stage winner at the Tour of USSR in 1957, the native Tatar 1958 in Egypt tour started for the first time in the national team of the Soviet Union, where he was also possible stage winner. His Peace Race - debut was in 1960, also won a stage here and was sixth overall. The state professional by the Soviet Army Sports Club came up in 1970 at the international road race in appearance. Four times he was the stage winner and three times with the Soviet team as the winner of the team classification on the podium.

Twice Saidchushin approached at the Radwettbewerben the Olympic Games. In Rome in 1960 he was employed in the individual road race and finished as the worst drivers Soviet 34th 1964 in Tokyo, he came only on the individual 41st place, but was in a weak Soviet team -best driver.
