Gaius Antistius Vetus (consul 6 BC)

Gaius Antistius Vetus was a Roman senator and son of Suffektkonsuls the year 30 BC, Gaius Antistius Vetus. 16/15 BC, he began his political career as a master of the mint. In the year 6 BC he became a full consul. After that he was proconsul of the province of Asia. He was also Pontifex. His sons were Gaius and Lucius Antistius Vetus Vetus Antistius.
