Gaius Norbanus Flaccus (consul 24 BC)

Gaius Norbanus Flaccus was a Roman politician and senator.

Flaccus was a member of the nobility and was the son of Gaius Norbanus Flaccus, who had been consul in 38 BC. The good relationship that existed between Augustus and the older Flaccus, was also transmitted to his son. In the year 24 BC Flaccus ordinary consul and 18/17 or 17/16 he was proconsul of the province of Asia. Furthermore, Flaccus was a member of the priestly college of Quindecimviri sacris faciundis.

His wife was Cornelia. His children were Gaius Norbanus Flaccus, Lucius Norbanus Balbus, consul in the year 15 or 19, and Norbana Clara.
