Gaius Septimius Severus Aper
Gaius Septimius Severus Aper was a Roman politician and senator who lived at the beginning of the 3rd century.
Aper came as Emperor Septimius Severus Leptis Magna and was probably a grandson of Publius Septimius Aper Suffektkonsuls of 153. Aper was in the year 207, together with the otherwise unknown Lucius Annius Maximus ordinary consul. Aper may be referred to in the Historia Augusta Afer the end of 211/ 212 was executed by order of Emperor Caracalla.
