Galina Koukleva

Galina Alexeyevna Kuklewa (Russian Галина Алексеевна Куклева; born November 21, 1972 in Ischimbai, Bashkortostan) is a former Russian biathlete.

Galina Kuklewa won at the 1998 Olympic Winter Games in Nagano gold over 7.5 miles and silver team, 2002 Salt Lake City bronze team. At the World Championships she won in 2000 in Oslo silver in the mass start, and with the team three gold medals (2000, 2001 and 2003), one silver (1999) and one bronze (1997). They won 9 World Cup races in her career and has retired in 2003 after the World Championships from active competition.
