Gandalf (musician)

Gandalf (actually Heinz Strobl, born December 4, 1952 in Press tree, Lower Austria ) is a composer, musician and producer. He is a typical representative of the electronic New Age music. His style of music includes elements of world music is often compared to that of Kitaro.

Gandalf plays many different instruments ( acoustic and electric. Guitars, sitar, saz, charango, bouzouki, Balaphon ( afrikan. xylophone), piano, synthesizers, various keyboards and percussion ) and is now one of the most successful musicians of Austria.
