Teaching

As their teacher H.W.L. Poonja Gangaji emphasizes that man is free to innermost beings. To find its essence, the self, and that he could be the question Who am I? provide. This process is self-exploration, Atma Vichara, named, and it should not lead to an intellectual, but an intuitive understanding of the self. Here is Gangaji both their own teachers, as well as its teacher Ramana Maharshi. If the self is permanently realized that enlightenment is called. The quest for enlightenment is, however, paradoxically, are an obstacle, since it enlightenment, which makes self to an object. However, this is always present, the real subject, while enlightenment of the mind is a concept that must be abandoned eventually. In their satsangs Gangaji instructs visitors to experience feelings aware of in order to release them in order to recognize the immutable being behind the feelings.
