Gao Cercle

Gao is the name of a circle (French cercle de Gao ) in the same region of Gao in Mali.

The circle is divided into seven municipalities: Gao ( main town ), Anchawadi, Gabero, Gounzoureye, N'Tillit, Sony Aliber and Tilemsi.

The population was 239 853 inhabitants on the census in 2009, on an area of ​​31.250 km ².
