Gaomi

Gaomi (高密 市) is a county-level city in east China's Shandong Province. It belongs to the prefecture-level city of Weifang and has an area of ​​1603 km ² with 850,000 inhabitants.

Economy

Gaomi is a thriving business location with a diverse industry mix: chemical industry, textile and shoe factories, plastic processing plants, electrical industry, as well as many toy manufacturers. In October 2008, was inaugurated by the state government, the first photovoltaic industrial park of Shandong Province.
