Garden City is a city in Wayne County in the southeast of the U.S. state of Michigan and part of the Metro Detroit metropolitan area referred to Detroit.

Geography
Garden City is located at 42 ° 19'32 " north latitude and 83 ° 19'52 " west longitude and extending over 15.28 km ², which consist exclusively of land area.
Garden City is a western suburb of Detroit and around 25 km from the city center.
Through the Garden City M -153, which runs from Detroit to west runs.
