Garliava

Listen garliava / i? ( German: Goddlau, Polish Godlewo ) is a small town only a few kilometers south of Kaunas on the Via Baltica ( Europe Road 67) is. The town was founded in 1809 and received city rights in 1958. It is the seat of the surrounding area Office ( apylinkių seniūnija ) in Kaunas Rajongemeinde The city belongs to the affluent suburbs of Kaunas, which can be seen in proliferating privately owned homes.
