Gary Lewis (actor)
Gary Lewis ( born November 30, 1958 in Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom; native Gary Stevenson ) is a Scottish film actor.
Biography
Gary Lewis was born in Glasgow and grew up there as well. According to his own statements he suffered in his youth much under the pressure to perform his strict parents. After leaving school he worked as a street cleaner to earn his livelihood.
With 32 years Leiws made his debut in the theater. There he met the actor Peter Mullan know which also helped him to his first film role. 1994, were both together in Shallow Grave together in front of the camera. Soon after, he joined a drama group led by director Ken Loach. There followed a number of other films, including such well-known Billy Elliot - I Will Dance, Gangs of New York, Eragon - The Legacy of the Dragon Rider and Super Volcano, in which Lewis could roles.
He has two children from different relationships.
