Gary Naysmith

Gary Naysmith ( born November 16, 1978 in Edinburgh) is a Scottish football player.

Career

Naysmith began his career in the youth teams of the Tynecastle Boys and Hutchinson Vale BC. The central defender also played in the youth of Heart of Midlothian, before he was brought in 1996 in the first team. In 2000 he moved to the south of the British Isles to Everton, where the Scot played until 2007. He then moved to Sheffield United. In 2012 he returned to Scotland and signed for FC Aberdeen.

Naysmith has played 44 times in the Scottish national football team and scored a goal.
