Gedeputeerde Staten

The Gedeputeerde Staten (GS; approximately MEPs stands) are the government of a Dutch province. Chairman of the GS is the Commissaris van de Koning, who is appointed by the Minister of the Interior, also belong to the institution the gedeputeerden. They are elected by the parliament of the province, the Provinciale Staten.
